Recently, I purchased four rental units: two is Middle River and two on Falls and Coldspring. As a part-time landlord, I take pride in knowing that I address my tenant's concerns promptly. I believe it could be a good business arrangement. the jobs could be done around your schedule. I would immediately send you a check for the time and material that it takes to solve the problem, and you send me an invoice for my records. No need to waste time giving estimates; just apply your expertise to solve the problem. For example, a Middle River row house lost its flimsy handrail on the front porch, so it needs a handrail solution for three cement steps. Additionally, the backyard wooden gate refuses to shut and latch, so it needs fixed. Are these issues something that you can fix? Custom built shed. Project: Bathroom - Remodel I was very happy with the quality of work and the workmanship.
