The Design Process
Step One -Meet with client to listen to their need and establish goals.

Step Two -Meet with client for a second time to review the program and sketch / concept drawing. Make necessary changes to the sketch and program.

This process may take more than 2 meetings depending on the size or complexity of a project.

Step Three -Contractor prepares final drawing and an estimate for client to review.

Step Four - Option 1- Client chooses to have Saint James Contractors continue with the project. Option 2- Customer chooses to purchase architectural plans for a minimal fee and contacts a different contractor to receive an estimate based on the plan Or keep the plan for future use.

Step Five -If the client wishes to work with a contractor, the contractor will prepare an estimate and contract to be signed by the client.

Step Six -Contractor schedule the work, acquire a permit, if required, select the sub contractors and purchased the long lead time items.

Step 7 -At mutually agreed time the project starts.
