Last year you fixed a leaking shower faucet in my Lutherville home. You may remember my big dog with the white curly hair? I found you to be a trustworthy businessman and competent in solving the problem of the leaky faucet. So, I saved your business card.

Recently, I purchased four rental units: two is Middle River and two on Falls and Coldspring. As a part-time landlord, I take pride in knowing that I address my tenant's concerns promptly. I want to keep my tenant's homes safe and in great condition. So I would like to call on Saint Joseph Contractors to provide all repair, maintenance, and upkeep on all five of my properties. Might you consider taking on the repair issues and improvements on my houses as they arise?

I would immediately send you a check for the time and material that it takes to solve the problem, and you send me an invoice for my records. No need to waste time giving estimates; just apply your expertise to solve the problem. For example, a Middle River row house lost its flimsy handrail on the front porch, so it needs a handrail solution for three cement steps. Additionally, the backyard wooden gate refuses to shut and latch, so it needs fixed. Are these issues something that you can fix?
