Saint Joseph’s Contractors started when Han, a registered architect for over 30 years, offered to help his wife with her new business venture. She sold water purification systems that many of her customers did not know how to install, so Han offered to install them. During his installations, he received numerous requests to fix other things throughout their home. Han found great satisfaction by helping others through his expertise. His expertise came from building two custom homes that he designed, one in West Virginia for his parent and one for himself in Maryland. When he was working as an architect, he designed, among many, shopping centers, nursing homes, condominium, hospital, schools, even a bridge. So he is little different than an average contractors.
